The only recombinant enzymatic system in the world

What is pbserum HA?

pbserum HA* is a non-cross-linked, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (without a filling function).

pbserum HA Low Medium High is a line a of products based on enzymatic system that have been clinically formulated to treat a range of specific indications, both facial and corporal.

*HA 2.0 is a CE certified medical device.

How does it work?

pbserum HA* acts favoring the tissue regeneration, through the action of hyaluronic acid in the debridement of fibrous scar tissue thanks to its anti-adherent properties, improving characteristic parameters of scars such as vascularization, pigmentation, thickness, elasticity, pain and pruritus.

pbserum HA Low Medium High enzymatic system combines different enzymes that work synergistically: Collagenases PB220 break down non-functional collagen and stimulate the production of new collagen fibers; Lipase PB500 effectively reduces adipose tissue volume; and Lyase PB72K enhances fluid drainage and tissue permeability.

The tissue remodeling effect induced by the HA* and HA Low Medium High product lines not only enhances skin appearance but also improves its quality and promotes tissue regeneration at the application site.

*HA 2.0 is a CE certified medical device.

Questions

Experience shows a synergistic action of the enzyme cocktail compared to the potency of each enzyme separately. Almost all pathologies treated with the pbserum product line include a component of fibrosis with atrophy or hypertrophy due to alteration of collagen structure (substrate of collagenases G/H) and accumulated adipose tissue (substrate of lipase), while lyase reduces local edema and ECM viscosity, facilitating the diffusion of the remaining enzymes. The joint action promotes tissue remodeling, since the degradation of specific substrates promotes chemotaxis and fibroblast action, with formation of new collagen and elastin fibers.
